Technical Service Production Representative

Provide repair and maintenance services on electronic medical products and strictly following SOPs. Coordinate production, stablishing giving priorities and managing work orders and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform technical services tasks with increased complexity under general supervision (e.g., JDE transactions, logistics, equipment returns, warranty promotions, invoicing, work orders etc)
- Management of FCA (Field Corrective Actions) updating the system and informing clients connecting with both Quality and Customer Service Departments.
- Provide Finance with Fixed Asset update information and support.
- Manage information and relative documentation archive (digital and phisical) and keep it updated.
- Coordinate the distribution of special tools and equipment (e.g., upgrade materials and operator manuals)
- Incidental

**Education and Experience**:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 years of work experience Required
Previous related experience Preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems, previous experience in management of ERP
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- English proficient in working environment
- Strict attention to detail and excellent organization
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a "fast paced environment" and handling preassure
