**German-speaking Team Leader Business Development**

Twilio is an American cloud communications platform as a service company.

Twilio allows software developers to programmatically make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and perform other communication functions using its web service APIs.

**The Profile**:

- Your mother tongue is German and you are fluent in English (C1 level)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- You have proven managerial experience in a sales environment
- You have 2 years of advertising sales experience
- You are a goal-oriented individual who is excited by the increased sales teams performance
- You have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- You have strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting and managing sales pipeline
- You have extensive experience in integrated marketing communication sales or media sales
- You are a team player with strong leadership and analytical skills.
- You have strong problem solving skills, enjoy cross-functional relationship building, have a metrics orientation, and bring a positive and motivational mindset to work

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for managing the sales rep team and working towards team KPIs and sales targets.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and high-quality profiling with term planning and forecast preparation
- Work towards set deadlines and delegate tasks
- Manage day-to-day operation of the team
- Monitoring sales team performance and reporting on metrics to perform outstanding results
- Provide permanent coaching and planning training according to the needs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts by listening to team members’ feedback
- Reward accomplishments of high-performance of a team member
- Develops strategies to promote team members who reach performance goals
