Capital Markets Quants (“CMQ”) is a new way of working in the Real Estate Capital Markets (“CM”) leveraging our Intelligence & Data through a global platform.
We are seeking experienced quant profiles with proven financial, capital markets and quantitative / data skills to join our CMQ team and be part of the creation and growth of tools to originate and deliver CM projects and deals.
Into CMQ team, Business Solution department is oriented on advise JLLT teams to solution problems in the best way to meet business needs and execute global services for our client that require a quant approach.
This role will be focus in Global Valuations Business, it will have a strong link to JLL valuers and JLLT Teams specialize in valuation products. You will be oriented to improve technical adoption internally with JLL valuers and externally with our clients, helping to win market share with a technological approach.
You will be the point of reference for execution and coordination of global portfolios, including customizing technical solutions for specific projects/markets. You will be based in the global quants team either in Madrid or Miami and will need to work with multi-cultural teams across the globe.
This role will heavily involve data and coding to build prototypes/proof of concept solutions, some of which will turn into products. You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset: creative problem-solving, ability to work independently and also be a strong team-player. Good communication skills are necessary to explain business problems succinctly and in a structured way to our in-house technology partners.
