Una función comercial: Su principal rol consiste en nuevo negocio para el Grupo mediante la comercialización de los productos y servicios con clientes objetivo, para ello deberá:
Analizar los datos de mercado.
Planificar, diseñar y desarrollar un plan comercial de clientes de Private Equity, Venture Capital y Real Estate:

- Identificando a clientes potenciales, valorando la oportunidad.
- Organizando reuniones con prospects, identificando las personas clave en la organización del cliente.
- Preparando el material comercial necesario para mantener la reunión con el cliente.
- Elaborando las propuestas de servicio y económicas, basándose en la política de precios vigente.
- Manteniendo el seguimiento de la oportunidad comercial hasta su cierre.
- Participando activamente en el proceso de on boarding de nuevos clientes.

Asegurar el seguimiento y cumplimiento presupuestario de ingresos y consumo de recursos.
Ser el sponsor de sus oportunidades comerciales en los comités de aprobación de clientes.
Generar y también aprovechar las sinergias que pueda haber con otras estructuras comerciales del grupo.
Participar en foros de la Industria con el objetivo de mantenerse actualizado y realizar networking con clientes, proveedores, reguladores, etc

Una función de Relationship Manager, manteniendo la relación estratégica e institucional con los clientes existentes. Para ello, se espera que:
Sea el primer responsable de garantizar que el nível de servicio recibido por el cliente es acorde al consensuado por las partes, manteniendo un contacto bueno y fluido con sus clientes.
Establezca y lidere el gobierno en la relación de servicio con los clientes de su cartera.
Coordine a todas áreas de la organización manteniendo el liderazgo de la oportunidad.
Identifique las necesidades de productos y servicios y proponga soluciones de servicio proactivamente dentro del catálogo de productos existentes. Nuevas oportunidades de negocio con cliente existente.
