**PAGONXT TRADE is looking for a PAYMENTS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) office.**

This new company will deliver payment & trade solutions for merchants and consumers with compelling technology to become a leading global payments provider in the medium term.

In order to achieve these goals, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

This role will be part of our PagoNxt Trade Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supplying chain and FX payments solutions for international SMEs that were once only accessible to larger corporations.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Payments Operations Associate **you will will be part of the PagoNxt EMI Operations team, and will assist the business working in two lines:

- BAU responsabilities in order to improve the quality of the service to our customers,performing backoffice payment Management tasks and services within the SLAs committed.
- Operative Transformation Support: As the business is in continuous growth, the Payments Operations Expert will work closely with the Transformation Team & Stakeholder providing insights for process & Operative improvements.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Payments Support and Daily Operative Processes: recalls, refunds, returns, collections.
- Daily reconciliation and ensuring all transactions are correctly accounted for with any payment discrepancies investigated and remediated.
- Support in raising Incidents and follow up on their completion.
- Intraday controls, Production escalation management or requests.
- Intra-day and End of Day reporting including dashboard generation that will provide senior stakeholders with an overview of key KPIs, payment processing performance, SLAs etc. plus reports linked to specific product evolution.
- Achieve SLAs commitment (with customers, third parties and internal).
- New products, services and processes definition.
- Identify and analyze risks and impacts of any current / future new implementation.
- Coordinate any new the implementation to ensure collaboration, transparency, teamwork and customer focus.
- Training and documentation generation.
- Identify and define any efficiency or improvement on the current process.
- Operations representation in the initiatives related to business evolution.
- Administration.

EXPERIENCE
- + 2 years in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated experience in Operational processes and payments services.

EDUCATION
- Business Administration, Economics, Finance.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High Experience in payments services and operational processes (Swift, SEPA, FP, ).
- Good understanding of end to end payments flows, processes definition.
- Comunications skills, escalations processes and committed with SLAs.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Valuable knowledge of other digital solutions for international business.
- High English Level.
