Busquem per reforçar el seu equip un/a **FRONT DESK AGENT & RESPONSABLE DEPARTAMENT CASAMENTS** per formar part dels seu equip dedicat a oferir experiències memorables i plenes de sentit als seus clients.

**Quines seran les teves funcions?**

**Com a FRONT DESK AGENT**:

- Realitzaràs i gestionaràs les reserves dels clients
- Atendràs als clients telefònicament, presencialment i via mail
- Realitzaràs els check-in, i donaràs la benvinguda als clients.
- Gestionaràs les sortides dels clients
- Gestionaràs la facturació

**Com a **RESPONSABLE DEPARTAMENT CASAMENTS**:

- Assistiràs a les primeres reunions amb els clients per recollir les necessitats i planificar l’event, en primera instancia donant suport per més tard poder liderar aquestes reunions.
- Prepararàs els pressupostos i la planificació de l’event.
- Coordinaràs als diferents proveïdors.
- Mantindràs el contacte continuo amb els clients per resoldre tots els dubtes i necessitats que vagin sorgint.
- Coordinaràs la preparació prèvia del event i estaràs present el dia del event per que tot surti segons la planificació establerta.

**Què oferim?**
- Lloc de trebal
- l: Bages (s’hi arriba en transport privat)
- Horari: Una setmana torn de matí de 9h a 17h i una setmana torn de tardes de 12h a 20h. Es treballen 2 dissabtes al mes. Quan es treballen els dissabtes es fa festa el dilluns. Diumenges no es treballa.
- Altres beneficis: bon ambient de treball, projecte motivador i formació continuada.

**Què necessitem que aportis?**
- Recomanable formació en turisme.
- Recomanable experiència prèvia en recepció d’hotel i molt valorable experiència organitzant esdeveniments.
- Anglès nívell molt avançat (C1 o C2)
- Valorables altres idiomes
- Valorarem que resideixis al Bages
- Disposar de carnet de conduir i vehicle propi per poder arribar a l’hotel
- Competències: busquem una persona metòdica, ordenada, que vetlli pels detalls, alta capacitat de comunicació i resolució de problemes, amb iniciativa i esperit de cooperació, eficient i responsable.
