Take Service Excellence initiatives to the next level

As part of this role, you will be the process owner taking on the role as project manager on different projects to understand, map and standardize our service operation processes. At the same time, you will play a key role in implementing and rolling out the new processes, optimizations and tools.

What you can look forward to in this role:

- Handling strategic cross functional and cross-cultural projects within services
- Work with other teams to lead alignment between service processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance
- Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs
- Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows
- Design and implement new process in order to improve service delivery to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Establish systems to supervise quality, implement improvements initiatives and follow up on improvements
- Creating, owning, and maintaining the services standard operation procedures

We are looking for a person with solid project management experience, high business acumen and who enjoys working with processes and excellence

What does it take to become our new team member?
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management, Process Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience within consultancy, project management and/or process mapping, efficiency
- Sector experience within the Field service, and general service would be advantageous
- Experience within digital enablement or automation of processes
- Ability to drive and follow projects independently and be able to work structured and focused in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to build professional documentations and presentations
- Experience working for an international organization
- Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way - both verbally and in writing English. (Other languages are considered as an asset)

Preferred locations are Barcelona, Spain or Copenhagen, Denmark preferred but you can be based anywhere in Europe.
