At the moment Arxada is hiring a new OTC Operational Excellence and Service Delivery Lead to join their team in their brand-new offices in Barcelona.
Key responsibilities:
- Improvement and optimization of processes
- Manage initiative and improvement
- Manage the performance of the team reporting to OTC, ensuring they deliver according to the KPIs.
Key requirements:
- Excellent understanding of global Finance and Business processes and good knowledge of Financial ERP Systems (e.g. SAP/BW)
- 5-10y of experience working with OTC and credit management
- Master degree in Business Administration
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP
- Being comfortable engaging with differents teams
- Being proactive
