**JOB TITLE: Senior Business Excellence Manager**

**LOCATION: Barcelona**

**DEPARTMENT: New Business Solutions Operations**

**REPORTS TO: Snr. Director NBS Operations**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Senior Business Excellence Manager will be a member of the NBS Operations Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Snr. Director NBS Operations. He/she will work with and collaborate directly with the New Business Solutions and ESI Service Delivery functional leaders and teams. The role will include responsibility for leading Internal & External Communications, Business Security & Continuity, BPI & Digital Transformation, Net Promoter Score Program, and Service Delivery Systems deployment and adoption. This role will have high visibility with executive management and Senior Leadership teams and requires mature leadership and strong change management and influencing skills.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The role is responsible for managing & governing all transformational change within New Business Solutions Operations, delivering efficiency, consistency & quality in people, process & technology through implementation of automation tools such as Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Developing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Management tools & methodologies. Driving the development and adoption of ESI's Service Delivery System platforms through capturing and executing on voice of associate and voice of client feedback and improving and optimising our communications to support the adoption of change.

**KEY DUTIES/TASKS**:

- Developing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and automation within NBS Ops.utilising process improvement methodology and technology solutions such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other suitable approved technologies to positively improve the client experience, bottom line and reduce security incidents
- Understand and leverage global best practices to accelerate development and deployment of solutions to optimize processes across NBS Ops.
- Support the identification and delivery of productivity gains through BPI initiatives that also drive better associate & client experience
- Ongoing assessment of our people, process, and technology to drive continuous improvement
- Execution of the ESI Service Delivery system strategy; improving the ease of use, adoption & interaction through facilitating regular and ongoing voice of client and associate feedback
- Improvement of our NBS Communications to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right people in the right format using the latest technologies that will drive engagement and awareness
- Implement on-going management Information reporting and metrics to enable performance management across all areas of Business Excellence
- Ensuring the business is ready and prepared for change
- Proactively monitor business performance / operating results within the division against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through Business Excellence/BPI initiatives
- Monitoring and reviewing of all security incidents and developing and delivering business initiatives to prevent security incidents re-occurring and protecting ADP's business
- Ensuring the NBS leadership team and key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and initiatives
- Ensure consistent rollout of initiatives across NBS as well as alignment with NBS's Operational and Strategic plans
- Lead any other assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Snr. Director NBS Operations

- This position requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills
- Proven track record in execution of initiatives with an excellent decision-making skill set
