The Pickup & Returns (PARP) Advertising team is seeking an Advertising Manager to support our EU expansion. This person will partner with the Business Development teams to unlock ad rights across our network as well as drive the monetization efforts through advertising across the lockers. The Advertising Team develops placements and products throughout the PARP portfolio that are sold to advertisers to raise brand awareness. The team owns the inventory of placements as well as the execution of the advertising campaigns. The team’s footprint stretches across multiple internal and external teams to bring these placements and campaigns to life from the sales cycle all the way through reporting of campaign performance.

Key job responsibilities
- Communicate and influence across the organization, working cross-functionally with business development, legal, finance, marketing and external partners to develop highly effective relationships that advance Amazon PARP advertising.
- Core Ads team representation within EU region, bringing learnings and insights from EU to US and vice versa.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to educate and help unlock additional advertising inventory.
- Be the expert in the region for advertising and partner with Amazon Ads and other internal teams to educate and drive demand for our product.
- Develop advertising proposals to maximize locker inventory while meeting campaign objectives.
- Manage pipeline of advertising proposals and forecast revenue for region.
- Multiply PARP advertising revenue by acquiring new advertisers and repeat engagements.
- Work with Amazon retail partners to create joint opportunities and win/win advertising models.
- Create content and processes that drive growth through repeatable programs that elevate the current pitch process and maximize demand.
- Generate net new revenue opportunities by translating advertiser KPIs into actionable campaign strategies and new PARP advertising offerings.
