Business Development Representative Global

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Tasks
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Director (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
**Requirements**:
- Native English language, with fluent Spanish, other languages are a plus
- Sales orientation
- 1 year experience is more than enough.
- Cold Calling experience
- Experience with CRM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
**Benefits**:
- Duration: indefinite contract after a 6-month trial period
- Working place: hybrid, we do have a coworking space in Madrid city center and you can also have remote working days.
- Hours: 39 hours per week - schedule Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Fridays 8am to 3pm.
- You’ll be part of a fast growing Global team of highly skilled individuals, delivering a great experience to our customers and students.
- 28 working days of vacations, 25 free choice and 3 (December 24 and 31 + the day of your birthday).
