We’re looking for a **Head of Sales** with experience in startups or tech companies, who thrives in fast-paced environments. We are looking for If you're someone who enjoys closing strategic deals and building relationships that directly impact the business, this role could be perfect for you

- **Sales strategy**: You know how to design and implement commercial strategies aimed at exponential growth, with the vision to efficiently scale the business.
- **Closing major deals**: You have a knack for negotiating and closing key partnerships that drive company growth, particularly within delivery, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
- **Results-driven**: You are performance-focused and committed to hitting the KPIs that matter, motivated by seeing your actions directly influence business expansion.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: You’ll work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and optimized for commercialization.
- **Adaptability and agility**: You understand that in a startup, the environment changes fast, and you can adjust your strategies without losing focus on the bigger picture.
- **Entrepreneurial mindset**: You think big, take calculated risks, and are always looking for ways to streamline processes and grow faster.
- **Confident communicator in English (C1)**: You’re comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations in English, communicating your ideas clearly and effectively.
- You will **collaborate closely with the CEO** to share best practices, coordinate sales activities, and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency.
