Como BDR, serás responsable por establecer el primer contacto con los principales hoteles y resorts de España. Tu principal misión será conectar y generar interés en los clientes potenciales para nuestra plataforma IA de atención al viajero y generar oportunidades comerciales para los vendedores (Business Development Manager).

**¿Cuáles son las principales actividades en este rol?**
- Identificar y cualificar nuevas oportunidades de venta (inbound y outbound);
- Ser el primer punto de contacto en el proceso de ventas, creando engagement y estrategias para que los clientes se interesen por nuestro producto y vean cómo marca la diferencia;
- Programar reuniones, demostraciones y presentar el lead al Business Development Manager que será responsable de la cuenta;
- Mantener actualizado el sistema de ventas, controlando el proceso y alcanzando las metas individuales;
- Analizar tus resultados junto con el director para una mejora continua;
- Apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los resultados y KPIs previamente acordados.

**Te irá muy bien si**:

- Eres muy comunicativo y te gusta hablar con personas de distintas culturas;
- Tienes motivación propia y te gustan los retos;
- Eres capaz de trabajar de forma independiente, pero también como parte de un equipo en un entorno de ritmo rápido;
- Te entusiasma el aprendizaje continuo, porque te entrenaremos para mejorar tus conocimientos y habilidades de venta;
- Te centras en las métricas para lograr el objetivo.
- Al menos 6 meses de experiência en ventas;
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y redacción, especialmente profesional;
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 40 horas a la semana (Lunes a Viernes);
- ** Hablante nativo de español con inglés avanzado.**

**Sería genial si tienes (no requerido)**:

- Experiência como BDR o Inside Sales;
- Experiência en una empresa de SaaS;
- Experiência en el sector hotelero.
