**Mission**

The Transversal Projects department focusses on leading projects for the improvement and gain in efficiency of the EDPR Europe and Brazil Platform (with a specific focus on development related activities). This includes, but is not limed to, finding areas of improvement, leading projects to implement new tools to aid the development of new business, leading the company efficiency program, and aid in the digitalization of the company.

The role will involve coordinating the department in leading/enabling projects within the platform (identifying areas in need of improvement, collecting requirements, and leading the development of the project in collaboration with other departments and external consultants if necessary)

The role will also involve, to a lesser degree, supporting the improvement of BI tools and automatization of reporting from different sources.

**Main Accountabilities**
- IDENTIFY, PROPOSE AND IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS - In close cooperation with the Business Development Team, platform and corporate departments and the Country Mangers.
- FOLLOW-UP OF EXISTING IMPLEMENTED PROJECTS (Implementing updates and improvements, organizing trainings, etc..)
- STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT BETWEEN BUs - Consolidate the integration of BUs in EDPR Europe & Latam, namely in what regards Business Development and Platform duties.
- MANAGEMENT AREA: Exercise leadership approach when dealing with different stakeholders (internal and external); encourage and motivate people in order to achieve the objectives to the company.
- ENABLE the AUTOMATIZATION and preparation of dashboards and automatization of existing reports, presentations, etc

**Required Profile**
- ACADEMIC LEVEL
- BA in one of related fields (Engineering, Business Administration, etc..)
- Advanced level of PowerPoint and good level of Excel.
- Understanding/knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and other project management software is a plus
- REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of at least 5-10 years in a Project Management role (Any role related to implementing corporate or strategic improvements/processes within a multinational will also be valued)
- Previous experience in coordination of diverse teams/external consultants will be valued
- SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of the Energy Sector is a plus & specifically of the development of wind farms or solar plants will be highly valued.

- Languages: English and Spanish required (Portuguese is a plus).
