We are currently seeking a dedicated Associate Producer to join our team and contribute to the successful development and delivery of our projects.Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Producer or similar role in the gaming industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, or similar.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in time management and prioritization.
- Passion for gaming and a basic understanding of game development processes.

Desired requirements

Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with production in a game development environment.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management software.
- Previous involvement in the development of commercially successful games.
- Degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field.

Duties

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of game development projects.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including art, design, programming, and QA.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, tracking milestones, and managing deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior producers to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate communication between team members and ensure information is disseminated effectively.
- Assist in organizing and running meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
- Contribute to project status reports and present updates to stakeholders.
