AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group in the coming years.

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.

In this Product Line, activities that are either cross Products or internal to the Service Line organization, are supported by a Transversal Project Manager. This is a full-time role for which the responsibilities are listed below:
Responsibilities:

- At the side of the Design and End-Poin Platform managers, structure and manage the interactions and dependencies between Modern Devices and the other domains or programs, including leading (or representing the product line in) transversal governances the following teams: CyberDefense, Network, M365 (Collaboration), One ID Program (IAM)
- Insure up/down communication with the product teams and assure the right level of contribution from them on other domain’s programs (One ID, One Network )
- Lead or support associated technical transversal activities with these teams
- Insure directly or via management of a dedicated Project manager, project management on technical transversal projects, such as Component and E2E onboarding process securing, MTSB implementation, One ID MVPs implementation

**Your Profile**
This role requires the following qualifications:

- Experience in creating and leading governance across different team
- Capacity to influence without authority
- Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent topics at once
- Understanding of Workplace technologies, and ideally Endpoint Technologies
- French and English proficiency
