**About this opportunity**:
We currently have a vacancy for a **Regional Quality Manager**, based in one of our European plants. The role will be reporting to the Quality, EHS and WCP Director for Bevcan EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual.

**Your mission in Crown**
- Review and monitor the quality performance of the manufacturing plants
- Advise and lead improvement initiatives to reach Excellence
- Support the Quality Managers in ensuring compliance to the various Quality and Food Safety Standards (Internal and External).
- Monitor and ensure compliance to the Divisional Quality Systems, Food Safety Database, etc.
- Ensure all Quality activities related to Customer Qualifications are properly followed and managed by each of the assigned plant.
- Ensure these protocols are agreed with the Customer Technical Service Team and communicated to the plants accordingly.
- Lead and Manage specific projects as required
- Train and Coach plant personnel as required and promote our Focus on Excellence / WCP initiatives

**About you**
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 10-15 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing and/or Engineering, with demonstrated experience in a supervision role.
- Outstanding communication across all levels of the business, with robust interpersonal and leadership skills
- A natural leader with strong data analytical skills, but still able to “roll their sleeves up” when required, with decision-making skills and a proactive problem solver approach
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptation to changes
- Robust working knowledge of Quality Standards and Management Systems
- A safety mind-set and a Continuous Improvement Culture
- Previous experience in implementing and using continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement; Black Belt is a plus. Fluency in English, with ability to frequently travel from base
