Multinational company in the pharma sector, is seeking for its HQ an Iberia Revenue Growth Manager.
Job Role:
RGM Planning & Execution:
- Lead RGM planning process with direct contribution to LRP Sales & Margin expansion
- Lead RGM Country execution and delivery of projects across priority countries
- Represent in quarterly RGM Performance review process with FP&A
- Drive improvements of RGM reporting on European level by creation of reports and RGM automatization
KEY RESPONSABILITIES/DELIVERABLES OUTCOMES:
- Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price, realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy
- Business partnering and provide direction on the preparation of all planning events (budgets, forecasts, etc.) incorporating all the key RGM sub-levers (NPD, pricing, promo discounts, mix)
- Optimize channel-customer / pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for company and customers
- Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile.
- Recommend an optimal promotion strategy
- Identify conclusions through in-depth analysis, using tools/frameworks and methodologies developed for this program
- Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches
- Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the RGM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution
- Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders
- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPI’s
- Support the CS&I by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in-flight tracking
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases, and Pricing Corridors defined Centrally
- Translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy
- Implement price monitoring (company and key competitors) to track price strategy implementation and capture potential price increase opportunity
- Track “Floor Pricing” project in CSCI, delivering robust 3net price analyses and mitigation actions that will lead to reducing potential gap to floor
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years in revenue growth management/ promotions management sector in FMCG/ Consumer Health or Retail
- Relevant experience/ background includes Sales and Commercial roles, RGM Consulting in Delivery roles.
- Good working knowledge of commercial mechanics and approaches
- Familiarity with analytical tools: strong Excel and Power BI user
- English Advanced
