Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Position**:
n this fast-growing environment, we are looking for a** Growth and Marketing Manager **to reinforce and expand the Partners ecosystem of Atlante.

YOU WILL JOIN ATLANTE IBERIA, WORKING IN THE **LISBON**, **PORTO**, OR **BARCELONA **OFFICE

**General Tasks**:

- Based on defined objectives, setup and implement a strategy to Identify and evaluate potential partners to complement NHOA core competences and development
- Analyze and deeply understand ATLANTE’s business model. Become fully conversant with the key value drivers and their interaction;

**Growth**:

- Analyze existing / competing offers in the market; competitors’ business models and offer insights to the leadership team in collaboration with the Atlante Iberia team;
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Create, develop and maintain relationships with Strategic Partners, adjusting and growing the business relationship in the medium term
- Source and pro-actively manage a partner pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow
- Define a joint roadmap with the selected partners to implement, negotiate and support the formalization through contracts,imagining, designing and perfecting of innovative commercial propositions
- Be in charge of generating revenues for the company by making sure Atlante is on all right platforms and EMSPs in Iberia, becoming recognizable by EV drivers communities in Iberia
- Interact with other relevant NHOA departments (Growth & Marketing) to gather information and to define partnerships perimeters and KPIs

**Marketing**:

- Be in charge of the marketing plan for Iberia - Spain and Portugal - in alignment with HQ goals, which means to define the right actions and channels to enhance Atlante brand awareness, making sure the budget is respected and well allocated
- Proven experience in successfully delivering partnerships also creating co-marketing relationships with them to boost cross communication activations.
- Potentially Creating and coordinating possible promotions on partners sites or during Atlante events with focus both on B2B and B2C targets
- Creating and maintaining consistent corporate brand image/voice and portray company values

**Requirements**:

- Master in Engineering, Management, Economics, Physics, Math;
- MBA/PhD are considered a plus
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Innovation or Business Development (corporate, Startup, VC, Incubators, consultancy) related to e-Mobility and/or Energy Industry
- Good knowledge of Energy, e-mobility and Digital innovative companies, in particular in EU
- Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and English; Knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
- Organised, self-directed and efficient at work;
- Able to set and maintain high standards of performance;
- Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently;
- Comfortable with self-making next-step decisions;
