**About The Role****:
As Strategic Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing shareholder value by providing financial and analytical insight into business performance, while helping inform and support decision making processes. Specifically, you will provide analysis, reporting, planning, and support to decision-making for business leaders.

You will report to the VP of Finance and will be a key piece of the Finance team, helping it to scale and improve its processes supporting Cobee’s growth strategy.

**What you will do**
- Lead the financial modeling and forecasting process with top-down and bottom-up methods
- Own and execute internal and external reporting related to FP&A
- Lead business partner meetings and communicating clearly key insights and analysis on financial and business performance through the use of meaningful reports, highlighting key trends and customized dashboards; deploying influencing skills to facilitate more informed strategic and tactical decision making by senior management
- Drive special projects for Cobee’s funding initiatives

**This is you**:

- 5+ years of professional services experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, strategic FP&A, or corporate strategy (startup experience is a plus)
- Advanced complex financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required, SQL preferred)
- The ability to manage senior stakeholders and have conversations and presentations with C-level executives
- Highly organized and with an eye for detail, with a demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Strong relationship building skills
