**From Fed Finance, we are seeking for a Manager Restructuring & Corporate Finance for one of our costumers to join its Madrid´s Finance team.**
**SU FUNCIÓN**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist companies in financial distress including pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts, and restructuring process
- Prepare or analyze cash flow forecasts, business plans and financial models
- Assist with developing strategy including plan of reorganizations, contingency planning or alternative solutions
- Assist with valuation analysis and financial modelling for various options, including liquidation, restructuring and sale
- Preparation of and participation in management presentation and new business presentations
- Industry and business research
- Significant client interaction at multiple levels

**SU PERFIL**:

- Be autonomous in the technical execution of his/her tasks and have the ability to supervise tasks of people under him/her when necessary.
- Your main activity will be the development of technical consulting and analysis, being part of the team assigned to a project.
- You will have the necessary knowledge and professional experience in the tasks of the group, and will proactively perform management tasks with some supervision. You will have the ability to provide technical training.
- Possibility of immediate incorporation.
- Solid accounting and financial knowledge, and financial modeling.
- Agile handling of office automation and tools such as SABI, CAPITAL IQ...
- Planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
- High level of English (C1).
