Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for guiding our company's financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and conduct financial audits under US GAAP, Danish GAAP, and Spanish GAAP
  • Closing accounting under Local GAAPs (Danish, Spanish, and US) quarterly and yearly
  • Prepare consolidated corporate financial reporting on a monthly basis
  • Provide strategic financial advisory to the CEO and founding team
  • Manage and supervise accountant staff members
  • Oversee bank transactions, corporate credit cards, and liquidity control
  • Plan and forecast corporate finance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience from a Big Four accounting firm
  • 2+ years of financial experience, including venture capital, private equity, or growth equity, or high-growth B2B SaaS startup/Scale-up
  • Experience with GAAP and familiarity with IP law, Delaware tax law, and Transfer Pricing
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to present financial information to a board of directors
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to elevate team members
  • Native-level English language skills
