About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Mygwork, a global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and leading cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead strategic programs to drive business transformation and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and steer key projects and initiatives
  • Drive discussions with leaders and their teams to define and steer key projects within the company's strategic roadmap
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timelines
  • Lead and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Ensure day-to-day management of programs and track progress against plans
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships and provide tailored recommendations
  • Effectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholder needs across multiple programs
  • Identify and proactively manage risks and issues that may arise
Requirements
  • 6-7+ years of experience in management, strategy, finance, or management consulting
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional or operational projects
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and transformation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal influencing skills
  • Ability to think end-to-end and manage long-term projects
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
