Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for guiding our company's financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare consolidated financial statements and conduct financial audits under US GAAP, Danish GAAP, and Spanish GAAP
- Closing accounting under Local GAAPs (Danish, Spanish, and US) quarterly and yearly
- Prepare consolidated corporate financial reporting on a monthly basis
- Provide strategic financial advisory to the CEO and founding team
- Manage and supervise accountant staff members
- Oversee bank transactions, corporate credit cards, and liquidity control
- Plan and forecast corporate finance
- 3+ years of experience from a Big Four accounting firm
- 2+ years of financial experience, including venture capital, private equity, or growth equity, or high-growth B2B SaaS startup/Scale-up
- Experience with GAAP and familiarity with IP law, Delaware tax law, and Transfer Pricing
- Excellent spreadsheet skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present financial information to a board of directors
- Strong coaching skills and ability to elevate team members
- Native-level English language skills
