We are looking for a **Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Trainee**, to take part in our internship program. As a member of DOGA's Technical Center, he/she will help to develop technical solutions for miscellaneous DC motor systems following R&D Develppment purposes, documenting studies about motors and supporting R&D motor developments.

**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- Assist in standardizing the product by generating arguments to unify design and product validation criteria, and components in order to obtain a robust product.
- Establish quality criteria and technological performance that will characterize products in several areas of study.
- Resolve technical issues related to product design and its components both internally and externally.
- Support R&D tests follow up & documentation tasks.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or relevant Engineering.
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package.
- Knowledge of CAD (preferably CREO).
- Proactivity, autonomy and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
