Mechanical Engineering Trainee

With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.

We are looking for a **Mechanical Engineering Trainee** to take part in our internship program. As a member of DOGA's Technical Center, he/she will help to develop technical solutions for windshield wiper systems, integrating existing motors in the company or by designing new ones that meet the market needs or those of DOGA's clients.

**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- Assist in standardizing the product by generating arguments to unify design and product validation criteria, and components in order to obtain a robust product.
- Establish quality criteria and technological performance that will characterize products.
- Resolve technical issues related to product design and its components both internally and externally.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of CAD (preferably CREO).
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
