Purchasing Trainee

**DOGA** has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.

We are looking for a **Purchasing Trainee** to take part in our internship program. As a member of DOGA's Drive Systems team, he/she will be providing support to the project buyer in everyday's tasks.

**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- Order creation and tracking.
- Invoice incident tracking.
- Supplier registration in SAP.
- Request for quotation initiation.
- Quotation request logging.
- Supplier search and negotiation.
- Evaluation and analysis of CAD Commercial component offers.
- Reading and interpretation of blueprints.
- Constant communication with internal departments (quality, product, etc.).
- Management of specific families.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Valuable SAP knowledge.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
