**¿Quienes somos?**

Giftery - es una empresa internacional que existe desde hace más de 10 años.

Ofrecemos a las empresas una herramienta cómoda para automatizar la venta de tarjetas de regalo.

Presentamos un servicio único que no tiene análogos en el mercado español.

El producto que ofrecemos es interesante y fácil de vender, pero la capacidad de hablar bien y transmitir los valores es muy importante.

Estamos buscando una persona activa, para comunicarse con clientes en español y catalán.

**Responsabilidades**
- Reconocer y explicar el valor añadido de nuestro producto
- Explicar promociones y ofertas posibles
- Realizar demostraciones del producto
- Dar consejos de buen uso del producto
- Resolver dudas sobre el servicio
- Establecer tratos y hacer seguimiento de ello en el sistema CRM
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas

**Requisitos**
- Te encantan las ventas y tienes experiência en la venta telefónica
- El habla competente y bonito
- Nível de inglés B1
- Fuerte visión para los negocios y comprensión de los procesos de ventas.
- Disponibilidad de ordenador, auriculares, Internet estable y una espacio tranquilo durante las llamadas y reuniones

Además, se valorará tener experiência en la industria IT o del comercio electrónico.
