We are currently looking for a Purchasing and Accounting Support, who will join our team, within the Finances Unit, with the mission of undertaking several support tasks in the areas of purchasing and accounting.

The main responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Follow-up the purchased supplies and materials.
- Receive the supplies and materials and proceed with the corresponding admin handlings using the erp in place (sap bo).
- Process invoices and link those to their purchase orders.
- Preparation of lists with the required information, file and maintain cooresponding documents.
- Provide support in the preparation of documents related to daci procedures.
- Provide support in the inventory of merchandise and goods.
- Conciliation of the visa payments.
- Support to other tasks of the unit.

**REQUIREMENTS**

The appointee must have:

- At least a Higher Education Training Cycle in a related area.
- Previous experience in a similar position in a STEM research center.
- Previous experience with the use of SAP Business One (SBO).
- Advanced user of Excel and Microsoft tools. Previous knowledge of Docuware will be highly valued.
- A Minimum B2 English Level.
- Service orientation, initiative, attention to detail, organizational commitment, and teamwork mentality.
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
