Sportnco part of Gaming Innovation Group, is looking for a HR Executive to support our HR Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will be part of the People team, where focus will be on our Tecnalis business based in Madrid. You will be working with colleagues in the People team in various locations Denmark, Malta, Spain and France.
You will get the opportunity to enhance and grow the operational part of HR in Madrid, but also work closely together with the People team in all locations based on needs. You will be reporting to our Head of People of Sportnco and this role will be a maternity leave cover for** 6 months**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees. Coordinate and support during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support sub teams within the PeopleOps team as well as other teams where necessary (support Facilities on specific events, be the point of contact for the new offices premises, etc).
- Maintain HR files with updates and changes
- Manage the HRIS for employees, ensuring that the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate, and complies with local legislation
- Compile reports as requested using our HRIS and Excel.
- Any Admin processes linked to payslip provider: employment docs, payslips, etc..
- Prepare ad hoc HR-related admin and respond to-day to-day requests related to HR issues.
- HR generic admin work (ei. maintain and update health insurance data, update Job description to reflect role changes, 1:1 with team leads, Government Support in I+D with external collaborators, follow up on Fundae training credits, following risk prevention update and monitoring etc.)
- Coordination with the company that manages the R&D deductions to deliver all requirements
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work office: Minimum 3 days, with the possibility of attending 5 if there are needs from the area.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal and preferably a high level of Spanish.
- Basic payroll knowledge and experience.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish Employment Law.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resource Management in general, more specifically around reporting, HRIS and HR systems.
- Previous experience with similar roles will be considered an asset.
