Notre client est une société informatique internationale qui développe son propre produit - une plateforme pour les spécialistes du marketing numérique.

Nous recherchons des** Account Executive natifs français (H/F) **qui vivent, dorment sales, objectifs et bien-sûr de leur atteinte:

**Les missions**:

- Créer, préserver et développer des relations au sein d'un portefeuille de clients désigné par le biais de la prospection, des appels de vente et de l'établissement de rapports.
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les prospects et clients existants, comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux et fournir des solutions supplémentaires afin d'optimiser la croissance.
- Identifier et conclure des opportunités de vente cross-sell/up-sell en utilisant la suite de produits proposés par le client.
- Vous êtes en mesure de proposer aux clients une expérience de vente basée sur la valeur, en fonction de l'automatisation et du comportement des clients.
- Travailler avec un CSM pour assurer une rétention élevée des clients au sein de votre portefeuille.
- Travailler avec un spécialiste produit pour présenter et vendre les nouveaux produits à votre portefeuille.
- Contacter efficacement 100% de votre portefeuille de clients sur une base mensuelle. L'organisation sera la clé du succès
- Prévoir avec précision les ventes mensuelles et les résultats en matière de fidélisation pour la direction.
- Contribuer au retour d'information de l'ensemble de l'organisation du client en utilisant de solides compétences en matière de réflexion analytique, de présentation et de résolution de problèmes.

- 3 ans ou plus d'expérience minimum dans un poste d'account executive IT ( connaissance des produits SAAS obligatoire)
- Diplôme en vente est un plus mais pas obligatoire
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles, capacité à s'exprimer et à présenter oralement et par écrit.
- Connaissances techniques et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Capacité à maîtriser rapidement les nouvelles technologies.
- Connaissance de l'internet et des réseaux sociaux.
- Forte prise d'initiatives avec une capacité de travailler en autonomie
- Être motivé, ouvert et capable de respecter les échéances mensuelles et d'obtenir des résultats.
- Une attitude positive
- Un état d'esprit de croissance avec la volonté d'apprendre et de se développer professionnellement.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe.
- Connaissance d'Excel/Word/Google Docs/Gmail/Salesforce ou CRM.
