Au sein de notre équipe Talent Acquisition, ton rôle sera de trouver les meilleurs talents correspondant aux attentes de nos managers. Avec l'aide de ta manager, tu définiras la stratégie de recrutement de ton périmètre afin de gagner en autonomie et en responsabilité.
- Prise de brief avec les managers
- Gestion de la publication des annonces sur nos différents job boards
- Screening et sélection des CV
- Premier entretien de sélection et présentation des profils retenus aux managers
- Suivi du process de recrutement avec les managers jusqu'à l'offre

**En fonction de tes appétences, tu pourras être amené(e) à participer à d'autres missions**:

- Projets RH tels que la marque employeur, les relations avec les écoles,...

***Profil recherché**:

- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce/IUT, avec une orientation business development ou ressources humaines,
- Tu as déjà une première expérience en recrutement,
- Dynamique et organisé(e), tu sais prioriser les missions et respecter les délais,
- Proactif(ve), tu disposes d'une très bonne capacité d’écoute et bon relationnel
- Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais et l'espagnol est un plus
