Mitiga is a spinoff of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, which hosts MareNostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe.

Mitiga's mission is firmly rooted in employing cutting-edge science and technology to mitigate the multifaceted risks posed by climate-driven perils. Our approach spans a spectrum of temporal scales, from real-time and annual forecasts to projections spanning the next century. This comprehensive perspective on risk, coupled with our capacity to transfer risks to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, positions us to significantly contribute to enhanced climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.

You a forward-thinking, results-driven talent acquisition specialist ready to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing tech company. Mitiga Solutions is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mitiga Solutions, you'll:

- Be a strategic business partner, working closely with our People & Talent Lead to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with our ambitious growth plans.
- Be a master of employer branding, crafting compelling narratives that showcase Mitiga Solutions as a vibrant, innovative, and purposeful workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
- Be a GDPR Ambassador - confidentially maintaining comprehensive documentation of recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to talent acquisition
- Stay ahead of the curve, continuously tracking industry trends and adopting innovative recruitment methodologies to keep Mitiga Solutions at the forefront of tech talent acquisition.

**Your Experience & Impact**

If you're a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for shaping the future of talent acquisition, this role is for you. We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner who possesses:

- A proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding, driving results for leading tech companies.
- Mastery of social media, CV databases, and professional networks to identify and source top talent.
- Engaging and professional communication skills (both verbal and written), ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining complete records and ensuring seamless processes.
- A progressive mindset, eager to embrace new technologies and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding, preferably within the science and/or tech industry.
- 1+ years experience recruiting on an executive level
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages (such as Catalan) a significant advantage.
- **Previous experience recruiting in the Climate Tech or Climate Science industries is not demanded but will be considered a very strong plus**
