**What impact you will have**:
**What you’ll do**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner your responsibilities will be:

- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- Managing the Onboarding process
- Collaborate in diverse People projects

**What you’ll need**:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- A proven track record in talent acquisition/recruiting in a Start-up/Scale-up company
- Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to plan and execute
- Diplomatic mind set, keeping confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
- Strong influencing skills, and confident in handling conflict
- Good conceptual and analytical competencies
- Driven self-starter, with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box
- Fluent English
