Misión
Estamos buscando un/a compañero/a apasionado/a con un interés genuino en actividades de Reclutamiento y Employer Branding, con una sólida experiencia en Adquisición de Talento y/o en otros roles de Recursos Humanos.
La Adquisición de Talento no se trata solo de reclutamiento: es un rol vital que te permite construir relaciones estratégicas con la línea de negocio y abordar los desafíos de RRHH de frente. Esta experiencia te proporcionará una base sólida e invaluable en tu trayectoria profesional de crecimiento en RRHH.
Rol
La persona reportará al Talent & Transformation Lead de la filial, dentro del Departamento de Personas, uniéndose a un equipo de personas apasionadas y felices.
Funciones y responsabilidades Actuar como TA Partner para tanto HRBPs como Hiring Managers, entendiendo sus necesidades y emparejándolas con el mercado interno y externo, gestionando proyectos de reclutamiento de principio a fin, desde el briefing hasta el onboarding, facilitando la experiencia del candidato/a.Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia y actividades de Employer Branding (universidades, Young Talent Program, job fairs, etc.).Garantizar los indicadores de los procesos de selección (módulo hiring SSFF), analizando métricas.Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia cultural y de desarrollo de talento integral e inspiradora.Contribuir al diseño, desarrollo y gestión de herramientas de desarrollo (Evaluación, Coaching, Mentoría, etc.) en coordinación con el CoE Global.Desarrollar una estrategia de aprendizaje (People Learning Platform | LMS).Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Apoyar actividades relacionadas con Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, incluida la fijación de objetivos.Liderar encuestas (GPTW, Top Employer) & Focus Group así como las iniciativas de cambio.Requerimientos
Experiencia en el sector farmacéutico.
Min. 5 años de experiencia como Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Experto en procesos de selección de ciclo completo y estrategias de Employer Branding.
Experiencia con el módulo de selección de la plataforma SuccessFactors.
Competencias
Se espera que seas un socio/a del negocio, con un enfoque consultivo, y conocimiento del mercado.
Fuertes habilidades relacionales.
Capacidad para gestionar proyectos.
Habilidades excepcionales de entrevista, comunicación, pensamiento crítico y organización, combinadas con proactividad, habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para cumplir con los plazos.
Idiomas: Castellano (nativo) e Inglés Fluido.
