**DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB**
We are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** **M/F** to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:
- Help the maintenance manager on the day-to-day operations of the department, perform on-site repairs (repairs, alteration, installation of work, painting, plumbing, electricity, etc.).
- Regularly conduct full inspections of the hotel, restaurant, and kitchen, identifying areas of current and future maintenance work (painting, repairs, plumbing, electricity, etc.), as well as ensuring the proper functioning and overall presentation of the venue.
- Manage emergency maintenance needs acting quickly to resolve emergency issues.
- Assist the maintenance manager in scheduling the renovations and repairs in such a way it does not affect the venues operations and does not disturb the guests.
**PROFIL**
A maintenance assistant is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proactive, organized, and rigorous.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, painting, and Health & Safety standards.
