**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director with both business tasks and personal assistance. This role also includes office management responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. We require you to be fluent in Spanish and English to be successful in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Personal Assistance**:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
**Business Tasks**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in office management or administrative support.
