Position: Sales Representative

Location: Remote - work from home in Greece

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration model: 1800 euro gross/month+ 50 euro meal allowance + bonus

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention
- Get through to the decision maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help
- close the business
- Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers

- Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluency in the Norwegian language at an advanced C1-C2 level and proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
- Ability to understand and share the feelings of customers seeking assistance and
- remedies
- Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software**OFFER**:
