Sales Analyst

Topcret is looking for a Sales Analyst (based in Barcelona) to support the international business development team. This position would allow you to quickly learn about key concepts related to sales processes in international markets.
In this position, you will gain exposure to an international team, and work closely with key stakeholders to expand the company’s operations. This person will thoroughly understand how business development is carried out globally, work in an entrepreneurial and cross-cultural environment, quickly assume new responsibilities/challenges, and become a company representative with direct contact with both internal/external stakeholders/clients.
**How You Will Have An Impact**
- Act as the engine of our sales team in new clients prospecting: focus in acquisition of clients in different markets (USA, Middle East, Asia & Europe)
- Key player in the development of the Topcret International Business
- Sales account management
- Support the business development team globally
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to support growth and a robust sales pipeline
- Analysis of new sales channels
- Advertising campaigns leads management
- Business Intelligence: analysis of commercial KPIs
**What You Need To Succeed**
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, related to client services and commercial skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to take new initiatives and think proactively/creatively while having a track record of working with clients and supporting sales processes
- Good organization skills and hands-on mentality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills used to understand and process client inquiries efficiently
- Ability to operate over multiple time zones
- Fluent in Spanish and English; spoken and written. Extra languages are a bonus.
