Proactivity, reliability, kindful collaboration, and communication are the core values of our solution culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.Your role in BizAwayLead Generation Process Support in coordination with Sales Ops Manager & Team LeadersManagement & Administration of the CRM and all commercial toolsCreate and analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.Sales Process Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencyDocumentation of Sales Operations Guide, explaining CRM best practices and documentation of active flows and automationSupport the entire Sales team through internal requests (ticket management) and identify common requests.Any other tasks assigned by Sales Operations ManagerYour basic qualificationsHigh level of English, both written and spokenMinimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/OperationsExperience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization ToolsProficiency in Excel: ideally you can use Excel without a mouse :)Strong analytical skills and good communication with different stakeholdersCreation and expertise in creating reports & dashboards and presenting the information in a user-friendly wayWe are also interested inPrevious experience in SAAS Sales / CRM Management / SAP Management and Data Visualization tools are a plusFamiliarity with coding/low-code/AI/data analysis toolsOur offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthUncapped variable compensation and equity in the companyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisionsMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherFlexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and great offices in EuropeBizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
