WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for "Front Office Manager" to lead the Front Office department in our Pestana CR7 Gran Vía - Madrid
WHAT ABOUT THE ROLE?
This person will report to General Manager and will be responsible for:
- Managing and training the Front Office staff by coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
- Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
- Dealing with guests
- Arranging staff scheduling
- Acting as liaison between General Manager and staff
- Preparing monthly reports and budget for front office department.
WHAT WE´D LIKE TO SEE IN YOUR CV?
- Previous experience in Front Office in management positions, preferably on a 4-5-star luxury property is desired.
- Proven track record in high class lifestyle resort hotels.
- English and Spanish are requiered. Other languages is a plus.
- Eu Citizen
We are looking for someone diplomate and with the ability to communicate clearly, with firm leadership skills, who has ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time and to perform under pressure, while continues to be highly motivated.
The Front Office is the area of the hotel where guests form their first and last impressions of the hotel - this makes it really important for the Front Office Manager to work hard to create a pleasant experience for guests to ensure their return.
