**Job Description**:
**More specifically, you will**:

- Proactively propose improvements and changes in the business IT environment;
- Support the business in problem management and escalation processes;
- Work closely with Line of Business teams supporting cross-strategies and solutions;
- Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis about all aspects of service support;
- Review and evaluate the impact of new business requests;
- Assess the risks associated with the proposed changes and ensure that changes to products, services or systems are controlled;

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and / or master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background;
- Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle, preferably in an agile environment;
- Experience with service management methods and tools including ITIL and ServiceNow;
- Excellent customer service and good negotiating skills;
- Fluent English. Other languages are a benefit.
