Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support the planning, deployment and operationalization of the transformation programs as well as structuring and activating digital transformation capabilities within the affiliate that will lead to a competitive advantage.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Project management
- Create the conditions for successful deployments (staffing, skills, ways of working, and Change)
- Define optimal sequencing and resourcing of projects/programs.
- Participate in pre/post planning events, identifying business rules, dependencies, risks and potential business impact for new projects or ways of working.
- Monitor risks and opportunities for Transfo in line with the business objectives facilitating the decision-making process of PR IBERIA.
- Define business cases and link them with strategic business objectives for each program, including targeted operating profit of transformation programs.
- Estimate and monitor the cost of transformation programs, and ROI.
- Reporting & strategic presentations
- Build strategic presentations to senior management including PR IBERIA CODI, divisional heads, region, and Headquarters, among others.
- Report on main activities and results with sponsors and key stakeholders, validate priorities and strategic choices with the Head of Transformation.
- New ways of working:

- Connect the organization’s roadmap and Transfo's ambition to find synergies in terms of resources to increase the impact on the business while reducing it on people.
- Support adoption and constant improvement of collaborative business planning with the new Beyond Budget mindset.
- Bring to life new ways of working seeking to improve the quality of deliverables by giving employees the right tools to close gaps while upskilling.

Job Requirements

Academic (Qualifications) & Professional experience required
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from Engineering or Business School / University.
- 5 to 8 years in consulting, digital transformation, strategy, or related.
- Experience in managing large portfolio of projects.
- Excellent at strategic presentation-making to different stakeholders.
- 100% fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a nice plus.
- Excellent people skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
