**Job purpose**

**As a Principal - Account Management, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with key customers by comprehending their requirements and offering sales solutions. Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account. You are responsible for expanding our sales accounts; driving sales; generating new business sales within your nominated account or set of accounts. You are ultimately accountable for all activities within the account you are responsible for.
**What will you do?**

**Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry
- **Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region**
- **Identifying valuable emerging markets**
- **Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace**
- **Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions**
- **Developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term goals**
- **Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships**

**What do you need to know?
- **Understanding of complex and lengthy sales cycles and how to create achievable milestones**
- **Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders**
- **Proven ability to negotiate and close deals**
- **Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious and results-oriented. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills are essential.**
- **Establish effective collaborative relations with other departments within the business unit or external organizations.**
- **They must be comfortable presenting to senior business leaders and technology leaders and must be persuasive and influential.**
- **Experience in Airline domain**
- **Management Graduate or equivalent
