**About the Business / Function**:
We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. This position will be based in Madrid**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
- Proposal creation and pitch, when required
- Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
- Supplier management prior, during and after the event
- Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
- Client and account management to ensure repeat business
- Onsite management of the event
- Budget management and post event reconciliation
- Reporting to various stakeholders

**To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have**:

- Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
- English and Spanish is a must, French is highly beneficial.
- Deep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
