** Tu función **:En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel selecciona un/a Claim Service Center Manager para sus oficinas ubicadas en Madrid. En dependencia del/de la responsable de área, participarás activamente en el correcto funcionanmiento del departamento, manteniendo una interlocución fluida, tanto con clientes, como con proveedores y departamentos operativos.
** Tus responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar y gestionar al equipo de Claims, proporcionando orientación y apoyo para garantizar la resolución eficiente de reclamaciones de clientes relativas a: RC, pólizas de transportes, y en general todo lo relativo al transporte de mercancías por diferentes vías.
- Coordinar y supervisar el proceso de gestión de reclamaciones, asegurando que se manejen de manera oportuna y eficaz, cumpliendo con las políticas de la compañía y las regulaciones aplicables.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procedimientos de reclamaciones y desarrollar estrategias para optimizar la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, actuando como punto de contacto principal para resolver reclamaciones de manera efectiva y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Generar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del departamento, analizando datos clave y proponiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Claim Service Center Manager Nacora.

**Tus habilidades y experencias**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años en roles de gestión de equipos en el campo de reclamaciones o servicio al cliente relacionados con el seguro de transportes.
- Formación previa en Derecho.
- Conocimientos sólidos sobre correduría de seguros, pólizas de transportes, y en general comercio exterior y logística.
- Inglés fluido.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y tendencias, identificar problemas y proponer soluciones efectivas.
- Experiência demostrada en la gestión y liderazgo de equipos, con la habilidad de motivar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo.
