Nous recherchons un Web customer support representative H/F pour notre département Customer Services qui apporte conseil, écoute et solutions à nos clients, nos équipes service clients sont essentielles pour assurer un service répondant à nos exigences de qualité. Nos équipes service client sont réparties en six périmètres : cloud, web, télécom, keepbiz, Professional services cloud et projets transversaux.
**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Assister les clients via téléphone, mail et chat sur la résolution des problématiques/incidents liés aux produits Web OVHcloud.
- Délivrer une haute qualité de service pour garantir une expérience client de haut niveau
- Assurer le suivi de la demande client jusqu’à sa complète résolution et respecter les engagements pris dans les délais impartis
- Interagir avec les différents services afin de garantir le bon traitement de la demande client

**Compétences requises**
- Vous avez une première expérience réussie en relation client.
- Vous vous démarquez grâce à votre aisance relationnelle et un bon niveau rédactionnel.
- Vous avez une appétence pour les technologies du Web (CMS, Exchange, PHP, SSL, DNS,)
- Vous êtes polyvalent et possédez un grand sens de l’organisation.
- Avec un grand sens du service, vous souhaitez avoir un impact positif sur vos contacts internes et externes. La pédagogie et l'écoute n'ont pas de secret pour vous.
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral (niveau B2)
- Vous connaissez un CSM (Service Now)
- Vous avez déjà utilisé des produits OVHcloud
