Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative **for the day shift**.**

**Schedule**:

- Day Shift 5/2 (9AM - 6PM Malta time) Sundays and Mondays off.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, including technical issues, payment-related concerns, and general service inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Engage in indirect sales by providing comprehensive information about our services, assisting customers with setup, usage guidance, and payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, including remote offices, to ensure seamless customer service delivery and issue resolution.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations.

**We expect from you**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a US or UK Customer Call Center Environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to make quick and effective decisions, resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong team player with a proactive "Can Do Attitude" and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to provide backup support as needed and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Google Suite, CRMs and intermediate general web/PC skills.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
