La posición de Comercial Italiano desempeñará un papel fundamental en el desarrollo del mercado italiano, así como en la gestión de relaciones de asistencia y fidelización con clientes. Esta posición requiere de una persona con habilidades comerciales, de coordinación, administrativas y de comunicación, siempre con el objetivo de ofrecer una alta calidad en la atención al cliente y al equipo comercial.

**Funciones**
- Prospección comercial de clientes potenciales e identificación de oportunidades a través de todos los canales posibles: teléfono, redes sociales y correo electrónico.
- Ofrecer nuestros productos a potenciales clientes utilizando todos los canales de comunicación
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la preparación de propuestas, presentaciones y documentación comercial
- Desarrollo de la primera fase de la venta con los potenciales clientes
- Gestión de citas con clientes potenciales
- Mantenimiento y actualización de la base de datos (HubSpot)
- Atención a clientes: recoger incidencias, resolver dudas y escuchar sus posibles necesidades
- Atender telefónicamente y resolver las dudas y sugerencias de los leads y clientes potenciales
- Realizar actividades administrativas para el registro de nuevos clientes (pedidos e incidencias) en el sistema
- Planificar y supervisar las intervenciones con el servicio técnico y el cliente, desde el pedido hasta la instalación
- Formar a los clientes sobre el funcionamiento de nuestro producto de software
- Interlocución con el departamento técnico para la resolución de incidencias
- Realizar informes de seguimiento

**Requisitos**
- Nacionalidad italiana y capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita de gran fluidez
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Amabilidad, empatía y orientación a la atención al cliente
- Orientación a resultados y determinación
- Alta capacidad de organización
- Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo y coordinación
- Capacidad de aprendizaje y autonomía en el desarrollo de su posición
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades
- Experiência en departamentos comerciales y/o atención al cliente para la generación de nuevas oportunidades de venta
- Experiência con CRM (preferible HubSpot) y otras herramientas de automatización, prospección de ventas
- Idiomas: italiano nativo, inglés básico y castellano básico

**Condiciones**

Salario Bruto: bruto/año según experiência + variable

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Sueldo: 18,00€-32,00€ al año
