This position requires a person with strong sales, coordination, administrative, and communication skills, always aiming to provide high-quality service to customers and the sales team.ResponsibilitiesCommercial prospecting of potential clients and identifying opportunities through all possible channels: phone, social media, and email.Presenting our products to potential clients using all communication channels.Collaborating with the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.Leading the initial phase of sales with potential clients.Scheduling appointments with potential clients.Maintaining and updating the database (HubSpot).Customer service: addressing issues, answering questions, and understanding potential needs.Handling phone calls and resolving queries and suggestions from leads and potential clients.Performing administrative tasks for registering new clients (orders and issues) in the system.Planning and overseeing interventions with technical service and clients, from order to installation.Training clients on the operation of our software product.Liaising with the technical department for issue resolution.Preparing follow-up reports.RequirementsItalian native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.3+ years experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology industry.Strong availability to travel.Friendly, empathetic, and customer-oriented.Results-oriented with determination.Highly organized.Strong teamwork and coordination skills.Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and other automation and sales prospecting tools.Economic conditionsFixed salary based on experience + attractive variable remuneration package.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinidoIdioma:Italiano (Obligatorio)#J-18808-Ljbffr
